At Wholesale Supplies Plus, we strive to ensure your soap and cosmetic making experience is seamless; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and not listed as a non-returnable item such as fragrances, essential oils, or colorants.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific items.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items with a copy of your RMA form and apply the shipping label to the outside of the box to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
